It was easy and hassle free
It was easy and hassle free, mostly thanks to our lovely contact Tiffany Harding.
Within a very short time, our party of 6 had chosen and booked our cruise holiday. She went on to even book our parking with a discount too!

No fuss and great deal
We saw a really good deal on Hays Travel's Facebook page and contacted Tiffany through WhatsApp with a couple of questions.
She made some changes to the initial deal subject to some slight price changes and arranged our pre-booked seats and transfers. This was all done with no fuss, whatsoever.
We will definitely be using Hays Travel and Tiffany, again.

So detailed and personable we chatted over a zoom call and made me feel relaxed booking our honeymoon. This was my first holiday in 16 years so I had 2 pages of questions and she was more than understanding of my nerves

Cannot recommend Tiffany enough …. I love my holidays but hate trawling through trying to get a deal booked … all the hassle of booking seats car hire … I find it hard work. Tiffany takes it all off my shoulders and does it with ease , always manages to get me a great deal , she makes it easy … perhaps that’s why I’ve booked three holidays for this year already 😊👍
