First solo holiday
As always...Very patient, helpful and friendly. Didn't know what I wanted when I the entered store, but was patiently taken through the many options on offer for a first time solo traveller. Came out with a holiday that suited my needs. ..Very happy.

Another great cruise holiday booked, Leanne researched extensively for us again as debating Sri Lanka as well, nothing was too much trouble, always 1st class service, knowledge, professional, friendly advice. I would not go anywhere else, what a team, special thanks also to Suzanne and Nadine, you are all superstars. There is a big wide world out there and Hays Tonypandy ensures we see it at its best x

When visiting Aberdare shop to price a holiday I was offered an extra £100 off the holiday price, when I went to the Tonypandy shop 2 days later I was told there was no £100 offer available which is very much misleading especially when offers have been advertised in all shops and sites
