The staff at the Troon shop were excellent and patient, they couldn't have been better.

Used Hays Travel Troon to book a once in a lifetime multi centre holiday. After booking the holiday and putting a deposit down on it and doing in depth research on what to do and where to go we realised that the accomodation booked for the holiday vs what we were to pay did not add up. Please do better research than ourselves on your accomodation before paying your deposit. We were told our booking was made using an expert "advisor"

The accomodation booked was as cheap as could be found and did not amount to what we were paying for the trip. It was also in terrible locations for first time travellers. Be very careful! We have now lost our deposit due to refusing to go ahead with the trip and being offered pitiful resolutions to the complaint. For a holiday like ours it's very clear it was all about maximising profit at the customers expense.
