Victoria has been extremely helpful booking our first family holiday with our baby. We were really particular about what hotel and resort we travelled to with it being our first family holiday and Victoria spent a lot of time looking at different resorts and hotels for us and gave us her honest opinion which was really valuable.
We’ve previously booked all out holidays online ourselves but will always book through Victoria at Hays going forward as the experience and service is outstanding. Victoria is also going to contact the hotel directly to ensure the room has everything we need and is suitable for the baby, something I wouldn't even know how to do if we were to book ourselves which has given me piece of mind as that was one of the main things I was nervous about going abroad as a first time mum.

Viki was extremely helpful, took on board all our requests. She was very quick at getting back to us. She suggested alternative options when we no longer could go to where we had first planned. And was very honest about not knowing anyone going to certain hotels but have us information she knew to help make your decision. Would highly recommend viki

Victoria was absolutely fab she had great knowledge about what I was booking and talked me thought the cruise and all the details. She recommended some useful things and answered any questions I had. She did everything she said she would and more and her communication was spot on. I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided thank you very much!
