Stess free and reassuring
We went in with a fairly wide idea of what holiday we wanted but with little idea of how to arrange it. Vicky was very helpful and spent time advising us and looking for exactly what would suit. It was a stress free and reassuring way to book a holiday.

Hays ..nothing too much trouble
I had already chosen my trip but wanted to check a few things like booking seats etc.we were on a time limit due to personal issues but atlanta went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered even contacting shearings there and then to confirm a couple of things

Atlanta was brilliant as she always is
Once again I went straight to Hayes Travel at Waterlooville. This is my third vist this year. Second for flights only. Very accommodating. Giving me lots of options and a very competitive price.

Great booking experience
The booking experience through Hays in Waterlooville was fabulous. Communication was through email at first (my choice) and they did really well in delivering our requirements and within our budget. Special thanks go to Emma and Freya.
