Can't fault Hayes travel.we just accidentally stumbled across it on line and I'm so glad we did. Our friends had booked a hotel in Spain and was invited to join them but we couldn't find anywhere wher... Ver más

Good value, it included transfers and baggage for the hold at no extra cost. Only thing that would have been good is more hotel options in the resort as there was only one.

The discount code didn't work even…

The discount code didn't work even though we fulfilled the spend criteria, otherwise we found the holiday we wanted to book really easily,

Just an update to say that after some email correspondence, the discount was applied retrospectively and I am happy with the service recovery. Good job Hays Travel

No transfers

Very easy process on booking. Would of been useful to see a ' what's included' during the booking process, I did not see any transfer to and from the hotel information so I spent a lot of time looking for something that was not there. Maybe just a line that states there is 'no transfers for this holiday' would of been most helpful
