My Hays Travel wife (my partner called her this) is Wendy, i always go and see her for our holidays, never had any issues, she listens and suggests and has always come up with what we want, the whole experience in the shop is excellent, i dont bother looking on line any more, Wendy also does follow up calls to ensure paperwork etc has gone through

7 of us went into the West Bridgford…
7 of us went into the West Bridgford office to book a group holiday. Gemma was the person who dealt with along with Emma the manager. We can only say how delightful they both were its not easy dealing with a group of older "teenagers" but Gemma was just lovely nothing too much trouble.
