My new booking
James was very helpful in booking the cruise especially as I was booking it for myself and a friend who could not be there. He answered my many questions knowledgeably and in a calm manner. He suggested addons to enhance the experience including trips, currency and even a payment plan, some of which I will be taking up via him. I had a couple of supplementary questions on another day and again he dealt with them efficiently. Good experience all round.

Furst time using Hays
We had not been to Hays before...we felt that the office had a problem with getting their heads round what we really wanted.
We did some on-line research and found the holiday to really suit us ( Hays had emailed this to us but we felt a little more research was needed ).
We wanted to support our local shops so booked with Hays who agreed to match the on-line price. The actual booking process went well.
