Staff were nice and helpful. Gutted to see the holiday a lot less at TUI! After reading all terms and conditions I feel this should have been explained at the time of buying the holiday and what the responsibility of the deposit and payments. (Lots of hidden items we were not made aware of)

An hour before we walked into the wsm Hays branch we suddenly made our minds up to have a quick low cost holiday. An hour after we walked into the shop we drove home with exactly that with 4 days to pack before 7 days in Gran Canarias Puerto Rico resort apartment. Emily was quick efficient knowledgable with one tiny exception, if we could pay by card she 3,4,or 5 days before we were due to go but then neither did anybody else in the shop. It didnt matter because we just went in the bank next door and paid cash just in case. My only query is have any of them found out yet? A most enjoyable hour spent in the branch and a pleasure to watch ALL of the staff trying to get an answer. Look forward to seeing you all next time we get a few days off

Went into Hays to book a holiday in the French mountains next June that I'd seen the night before on-line, Zoe was really helpful finding it again, I could have booked myself on-line but I feel safer these days booking through an agent like Hays, deposit put down and in and out within half an hour, brilliant!!!

Hays never fail to deliver. Just booked a family holiday to Cyprus for 15 people and their patience and attention to detail is amazing. A huge thank you to Steph at the Weston super mare branch who went above and beyond making sure everything is perfect.

Polite and helpful but above all kept her word, and 'phoned back when she said she would!
