Great Staff. Everyone that I have spoken to whilst deciding whether or not to book my cruise has been extremely helpful, without coming across as pushy.

We book through Hays for the majority of our holidays because we always find the staff helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. We will continue to use the Weymouth branch for as long as we can as we much prefer the face to face booking than online

Rebecca in Weymouth branch was extremely helpful in finding us the perfect cruise, javing given her our requirements. Experienced, professional and particularly kind when talking to me face to face due to my hearing problem.

We've booked a few holidays with Rebecca over the last couple of years. She's always very friendly and it's a pleasure to see her. The whole team are always very welcoming and booking holidays in the branch removes any admin stress... Booking the holiday, check-in and printing boarding passes etc. We always receive a great service for the whole process.
