The lady who helped us was very friendly and informative. She went out of her way to find the right holiday for our family as it is a surprise for my mums 80th birthday. She was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely book through Hays travel again.

We were checking our details for a previous book holiday. Michelle one of the Customer consultants was so helpful and checked for a short-term city break. That we booked a three night stay plus car park parking for the three nights stay and our previous booked holiday letter in the year.
