We went to the Whitley Bay branch of Hays looking at possibly booking a last minute holiday in the sun. The representative listened intently to our requirements and found us a week in Ibiza which met all our requirements. The booking process was very efficient and we left with all the documentation we needed to get us ready for our break. A thank you and shout out to Jaime for her help and guidance in the process.

Your young lady, Emma was excellent. She greeted me warmly with a smile and introduced herself and asked me precisely what I was looking for. She offered me a selection and I changed my mind twice on the destination and she just went with my flow. Eventually she found just what I was looking for.
Once the paper work was completed she took time to go through it and fully explain it.

The trip(Cruise) has been booked at short notice and she had to coordinate the booking of the Ship together with a Coach availability from Newcastle to Southampton and me organising my linking transport etc.
