As a wheelchair user its difficult to find a suitable holiday which is as accessible as possible the lady who helped us was brilliant and told us which were not suitable and did not try to sell us something we were unable to do which has happened before with a different travel agent so she was very good!

We went looking for somewhere special for our Golden wedding anniversary in 2027. We were undecided where we wanted to go with our budget. But Michelle was very helpful & patient with us. The representative who dealt with us, LYNN was very helpful, we had specific needs and a strict budget as this was our second holiday booked for this year and money is tight at the moment.
