Marie, Widnes, Very helpful getting a price and eventually booking and paying for the cruise. Unfortunately system went down, when it came back minutes later flights for cruise no longer available and refund was going to be processed. However Marie sourced another with flight still available and booking completed. Process explained for check in, getting boarding pass/luggage labels. Thank you

Excellent customer service. After trying to book our Thailand holiday trip online and sourcing direct flights with some difficulty, gave up and went to these guys.
So glad we did!!
Whole trip booked and deposit paid within 20 minutes.
Macy, who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful. Booked our exact requirements from flights to hotel perfectly. And completely stress free!!
Would highly recommend using Hays Travel at Widnes and would not hesitate to use their services again!
