The lady was very helpful and very pleasant.
Everyone was pleasant and I certainly couldn’t complain about anything. I am an elderly lady and because people were attentive it gave my friend confidence to book this holiday.

Great experience
The minute we walked through the door, we was welcomed with smiles and instantly felt at ease as this was our first time booking a family holiday.
