Not sure what’s the purpose of this…
Not sure what’s the purpose of this place. I would love to work there as they do nothing else but check websites such as jet2 etc.
I went today with my son in his stroller. Upon my entry in the office I saw two women sitting. Neither of them came to help me with the door and the door hasn’t got a stopper so it wasn’t the easiest entrance. The woman, who was sitting closer to the door didn’t even looked at us. No one said anything so I was like “I hope you can help me with a holiday etc. “ To be honest I was thinking that she wouldn’t even offer me a seat. The whole experience was so unwelcoming. I thought that they should have some more experience with offering the right hotels etc as I thought they should be more familiar but I didn’t faced anything like this. I can browse the websites myself, so I said thanks and head to the door, and no, no one helped me getting out. Apparently they’ve been very busy.
I would love to work for this travel agency as they literally do nothing.

Good morning Alex, I am sorry you feel this way. We have been working on reduced staff meaning our workload has been higher than usual. We were unable to comment on the hotel and their dietary requirements for your family as we do not have information to the exact food served in the restaurants and we offered advice on what to do for any dietary requirements. Super helpful
The ladies I've dealt with have been super helpful and professional. The only downside to my experience was the amount of time the girls were waiting on the phones. At one point after 45 minutes we were cut off.
