We were given a warm welcome by Dan, who was an apprentice with a smile, enthusiasm and good appropriate humour. Time was not an issue and we were given lots of different holidays within the boundaries of our needs and budget.It was refreshing and reassuring to see the support Dan received from his colleagues to ensure all our needs were met.

Quickest holiday ever chosen & booked
Quickest holiday ever chosen & booked. Very thorough giving us all the details. We did feel however the poster in the window said a price which enticed us in but then the cheapest one in June on the system was more than advertised on the poster. Maybe they should hate honoured that price thinking about it?

Best way to book a holiday
Have never used travel agent before so this was a very pleasant experience and will be using again. Dan was very helpful and made the visit very worthwhile

After visiting one of your competitors we were not too happy so we called to Hayes

We used Hays Travel a couple of years…
We used Hays Travel a couple of years ago and were very happy with our experience so decided to enquire about a holiday in India.
Emma, the representative, was brilliant. She gave us good advice, asked loads of relevant questions and booked us with the tour company we chose. She also successfully took on the job of obtaining a discount for us.
Would recommend Hays.
