The travel agent was friendly and welcoming. I was able to find a holiday last minute, which was good!
The whole experience from finding a suitable holiday to booking etc was pretty easy & effortless.
This is my 2nd holiday booked with Hays & I would definitely recommend.

This was the first time I have been in a Hays travel shop, I usually use other travel agents, the lady in the Wolverhampton shop was very helpful, she looked at ways of saving me money so I can out of the shop with a better holiday for less money, perfect, thank you.

I’m so happy with the service provided by Poppy. Within minutes she found us holidays in our budget range and went above and beyond with extra help. As being disabled with motor neurone disease I very highly recommend this holiday agents. Will be calling them soon to book again, as they saved me so much time and energy. Thank you 🙏🏽

Amazing customer service in particular from a lovely individual called Demi, she answered all questions efficiently and was very patient and friendly. She managed to find a flight that accommodated my every need. Very friendly and comfortable experience 10/10.

We knew what we wanted when we entered…
We knew what we wanted when we entered the shop and we gave Mia a written list to work from. She quickly generated a total cost which we accepted and we were out of the shop in 30 minutes

Excellent personal service
I booked through Ella at Wolverhampton and she was really helpful, researched the cabins to find us the best one; really appreciated her personal service to get us the best deal. Thank you. Was really easy to book and pay, would recommend and will no doubt use again!

Holiday Booking
We made our booking at Hays Wolverhampton and received very good service. We saw Emma who has looked after us before and gave excellent service and advice. She looks after you from the start of booking your holiday to departure. Would highly recommend.
