We have booked several holidays through Hays Travel. We decided that we wanted to book another cruise and visiting Hays is much easier and less stressful than booking online.
On this occasion, we were greeted by a friendly face who couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful about the chosen destinations and the cabin options available. She went through various travel options and payment plans, before we made our booking
