Clare was helpful and polite. She listened to our needs and helped us find the holiday we wanted at cost we were comfortable with. Offered alternatives and showed us the full itinerary with confidence allowing us to discuss changes, suggested which might be a quieter cabin.
She also understood when we wanted US dollars for our granddaughters how they might like the denomination.
Yet again an excellent service from Clare and the Workington staff. This is the third holiday we have booked at the Workington branch

Book a holiday in Jan 26 through our local Hays Travel-Workington Cumbria.Iam a disabled person-mobilty/walking.Booked everything to accommodated my disability-Flights/hotels/cruise ship cabin/transfers.
This is 4 months in advance.Double checked everything was in place every month before our holiday.
Told by email and verbally from our local Hays everything was covered for my disability.
3 weeks before the holiday told that the additional needs cabin had not been booked through the cruise line by Hays Travel.
We communicated with them to ask why.
Response it had not been picked up locally or at head office Manchester.
The holiday was cancelled by Hays Travel uk.
No reason-
Out of pocket for all our:-
time off/travel/excursions/hotels/hire/additional needs service.
Do not use this Travel company!
They do not check the itinerary of the customer.
Nobody senior is checking the requirements of the customer.
None existent communication.
CUSTOMER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT SUPPLYING A BASIC SERVICE.
FAILURE TO SUPPLY BASIC BUSINESS PRACTICE.
SERIOUSLY CONSIDER OTHER HIGH QAULITY SUPPLIERS BEFORE THIS POOR PERFORMING COMPANY!

The staff in the Workington branch are ALWAYS so helpful! I went in looking for a break in Kraków just last week, gave Clare my brief and just left her to it. We're now counting down the days till we get there! Seamless booking, including our excursion to Auschwitz. We wouldn't book with anyone else now 🙂

Just got back from 10 amazing days at Catalonia playa mamora in Cancun Mexico, advised to us by Laura from Hay's Travel, we went in not knowing what we wanted but knowing we wanted something special for my 50th birthday, Laura talked us through everything and also her personal experience, so we decided to go for it, and genuinely had the most amazing time. We were a little apprehensive at 1st thinking about safety but we worried unnecessarily, we actually felt safer there than we have in Spain. Big thanks to Laura and we will be booking to go again soon.
