As always, the ladies in Yarm are great for finding us a holiday with everything we asked for. Becki has been extremely helpful, she’s just always busy when I call so Emmy was able to book us in time for the Jet2 0% deposit!

I rang Hays Travel in Yarm to ask if they could book a holiday quickly for us as there was only one room left in the hotel we wanted to go to. Karen pulled out all the stops, gave us a very good price and booked. Thank you Karen. We always have a very good experience at Hays Yarm, the staff are always cheerful and professional. We always use them to book our holidays.

Emily at Yarm Branch was just brilliant .
We had strict date constraints and only 3 airport choices .
She was patient and knowledgable and nothing phased her even though we had lots of factors to consider .
She is an asset to the team in Yarm snd we are looking forward to our holiday in the near future.

**Appalling customer service** avoid**

We recently contacted Hays to book a cruise.

The salesman was pushy, provided us with a quote which led to a pre sales condition email and a link to pay the deposit.

Within an hour the price had increased by £500+ and when we asked why they said the prices are live and subject to change. He was encouraging us to pay a non refundable deposit for a holiday he hadn’t checked properly which in the end would have cost us an extra £500+ or loose £400.

This is a sneaky sales tactic masked as “confusion” or a misunderstanding..

there is no misunderstanding or confusion, I have a message stipulating the price is set and to pay the deposit via the link - then within moments it’s changed by £500+ and somehow the company have masked this as my confusion and my mistake.

Unethical practices and con artists.

There are plenty of agents like these around who are genuine people / businesses . Don’t go with a company like this.

We are always well looked after when we visit Hays in Yarm. Karen goes above and beyond to find us a great deal within our budget and sorts everything out for us. It's a great experience. All the staff are friendly, professional and helpful.

Karen at Yarm, was brilliant at finding a cruise for us. It was last minute and most cruises were full, or only inside cabins left. Karen found us 2 outside cabin rooms on higher decks. So pleased with the effort she made.
