We came into hays travel in yarm today for the first time to book a Holliday to Las Vegas we dealt with Karen and ong what an amazing lady she is she sat with us for hours trying to sort out our Holliday package an what we wanted an she didn’t stop till she had found us the best Holliday we are so happy an now we wouldn’t go to anyone else

Was so much more of a pleasant experience actually going into the travel agency, we had all questions answered and and got so much information.
