Such a friendly welcoming atmosphere ! We have booked our cruises through Hays Travel Yate for many years now and never fail to be warmly welcomed. Emily, Cat and Jo have all helped us in the past and we feel like old friends ! Emily sorted out a few things for us this time and was an enormous help in our booking.

Excellent service. Cat was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in booking a cruise for May 2027. She went to great lengths in finding the best positioned cabin for our budget even checking the deck plans above and below to ensure the quieter location. Extremely satisfied customers. Thank you.

Catalina served us. She was a breath of fresh air! Nothing was too much trouble for her, she had a friendly smiley 😃 face the whole time, she definitely deserves a brilliant mention! We loved her! The whole booking process was fantastic & we will definitely look for her again next time!
