All the staff were amazing throughout our experience of booking our honeymoon. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to meet our needs, and get the best price possible.

Very friendly and professional member of staff with a lot of experience and knowledge which is very helpful and beneficial for customers who travel very rarely. Also infinitely patient regarding numerous changes to plans !

Anna was extremely helpful friendly polite and professional and I would have every confidence in seeking her help again for any future travel plans I may have.
The only downfall was lack of knowledge in some areas but this was more your systems fault and not Anna’s

I came in to the shop in Yeovil it was busy but the young lady Fleur I think was training but she was very good listened to what I wanted and helped me a great deal couldnt fault her
