Great service but should not have to pay delivery charge for regular customers. This may stop us from using you in the future

Unfortunately most cones arrived broken. Not Hanley issue really as I’m sure they were packaged whole but clearly somewhere along the way 3 boxes I only got 25 full cones. I managed to adapt and make do with what was sent but need to think of how I can get these not cracked next time. I am between a 2/3 star.

Good morning,
Apologies that you received part of your order damaged. With our new website, we did have an issue where fragile items were being ordered without the usual call to order option due to the fragile item policy.
We recommend fragile items are ordered in cases of 10 or more so they can be delivered on a pallet. You are welcome to order less than 10, but due to this being delivered via parcels, this would be at your own risk.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with future orders!
Kind regards
HB Team
prompt and good value

Lower free delivery fees please.
Got everything I needed, at a reasonable price.
I feel the free deliveries should be £100, instead of £160.
That way I could buy more regular and so would others I know.

Good morning,
We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service. I can see that my colleague discussed this with you at the time and the delivery was made in full on the 11th of June.
We do our best for all deliveries to go smoothly, but as we use third party couriers, occasionally we do experience issues.
We are very sorry that you were affected by delivery delays on this occasion.
Please let us know by emailing or calling us if there is anything else we can do for you.
Kind regards
HB team
