Booked initial consultation had to cancel due to unforeseen family circumstances but did not fall within 48 hour cancellation policy - even though gave notice in morning first thing re evening scheduled meeting no flexibility, wanted to charge full price again to rebook - a lot of money for no input - very disappointed especially given supposed understanding of adhd - would never do this again - paying full amount upfront for initial consultation should have been a red flag - very disappointed and very out of pocket !

Highly recommend. I’ve used other therapists in the past that have claimed to know about ADHD, but it has turned out they don’t! These guys understood my difficulties really well! They are diagnosed themselves so really do understand.

Finally found his company after having counselling with several different therapists, who said on their websites they knew about ADHD, but they really didn’t!!

Thank goodness I found these people who really DO KNOW about ADHD.

Fantastically knowledgeable about ADHD. I was recommended this company and thank God I was. Not only did they recognise ADHD in me and help me get diagnosed - in my mid 50’s I might add so it was the last thing I was expecting. They also told me about Access to Work. Id never ever heard of it before, but they helped me apply and now I get all sorts of support for the work I do.

If you are looking for a company who know ADHD inside out, know about all the benefits you might be entitled to and will help you on the road to diagnosis then you won’t find a better place than this.

Can’t recommend this company highly enough. When we were floundering with no GP, CAMHS, school help - Headstuff were the answer to our prayers. Not only did they help get my son pre assessed where we found out he didn’t only have ADHD, but also ASD, and potentially dyspraxia as well, they then sorted out the appointment with the paediatrician, and also noticed that I was showing signs of ADHD as well. Which explained a lot of my own issues over the years.

I have yet to come across any organisation who knows and understands all about ADHD as much as these wonderful people but also the pathways for children and adults to get diagnosed.

Don’t listen to any negativity about them. I very much doubt these people have even used them because this company go above and beyond to help us ADHD folk and I know also do a lot of charitable work helping ADHD children and adults as well.

Brilliant organisation who care about children and adults equally, and you won’t find anywhere that knows as much about ADHD as these people do.

Such a lovely company. Have helped my partner identify all his comorbidities after he was diagnosed age 6 with just ADHD.

Their knowledge is outstanding, and they have helped him apply for access to work, making the whole thing so easy and simple. He simply could not have done it on his own.

He also now has a much better understanding of himself, having all his coexisting conditions identified, and we will probably now go onto get them diagnosed thanks to the knowledge Headstuff has.

They really do know ADHD inside out, and I can’t thank them enough for all the help they have given my partner.

He has so much more confidence now that he knows he is not alone and also that he wasn’t imagining all the other things going on in his head. He now feels heard and validated and I have seen a change in him after literally one session with a Headstuff Coach.

Can’t recommend them more highly and will definitely be using them for my strongly suspected ADHD son !

This company have helped me immeasurably. I got to know Sarah who runs Headstuff quite by chance and she recognised ADHD in me straight away.

She helped me get Diagnosed through her charity and then also recognised ADHD in my oldest daughter. Headstuff then got my daughter diagnosed as well.

On top of this, because I really wanted therapy but couldn’t afford it, I have been seeing a Headstuff final year counselling trainee for the last year which has helped me hugely. This hasn’t cost me a penny and I am so incredibly grateful for all the help they have given.

These people really care about other ADHD people. They bend over backwards to help you and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This company were brilliant... i felt they really cared about me... Totally professional from start to finish.. all coaches i dealt with were both kind and caring and my matched counsellor went the extra mile to help me.. in fact above and beyond... .. i recommende Headstff and 3 other family members have now been helped as much as i was... i cannot fault their services...

I first came across this company about 2 or 3 years ago, after saving hard I eventually went on to pay £495 for a pre-assessment which I found out from a psychiatrist isn’t needed, it’s a money making scam and is not worth the paper it’s written on. After my diagnosis all the owner, Sarah Templeton, wanted to do was push me to claim access to work and told me I was stupid when I said I didn’t want to. Her words were ‘there are different ways you can keep the money yourself, you would be stupid not to’ I applied for coaching and she was trying to push her counsellors on me, her website claims all her counsellors-and coaches have ADHD, but some were waiting to be diagnosed and 1 was the grandma of an ADHD child and not ADHD herself! She is a self proclaimed expert, but in reality is a sales person preying on vulnerable people. Sarah Templeton is a loud, in your face kind of person who’s full of her own self importance. For a counsellor she lacks one of the basic requirements which is empathy. Do not use this company.

I paid an eye-watering amount of money to have someone take notes to be passed on. Shocking!
Matched therapist was unreliable and unsuitable. So disappointed!
Despite the ridiculous sums involved there was no follow-up! Unprofessional

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. The woman who runs this company, Sarah Templeton, is rude and obnoxious. She calls herself an expert but her bio shows she has no official qualifications regarding ADHD. All the information she offers is available free on the internet. She charges nearly £500 for a pre assessment, which is not needed by a Dr or Psychiatrist, this is a money making scam that’s abusing vulnerable people, she is unethical and immoral. If you Google her you will see she was thrown out of the countries largest counselling membership body, BACP, for posting on social media. If you think you have ADHD then go to your Dr or directly to a specialist ADHD Psychiatrist. Please don’t waste your money using this company.
