would not reccomend at all. they are scammers and a waste of time, both ast and the edexams. I've had £99 taken from me without even being able to complete the exam.

Have used these people twice before for cscs and fire marshall courses,exceptionally good.However in response to a special offer on traffic marshall/banksman course not good.My debit card payment card payment was taken promptly ,no course and ignored 4 emails,have they gone "bust" or what ?

Great engagement of our whole team on the subject of challenging behaviour, conflict and de-escalation. Everyone joined in, brought their own examples of challenges they have faced and left with constructive ideas to move on with.

Good session in only 2 hours.

The course was good once it got going, but be prepared to be pestered continuously for payment then get nothing for the organising.

I had no material on the day because it wasn't sent and the equipment we needed was supplied in time for the first sessions.

I have no slides as promised for the candidates and no follow up booklets as promised either. Not money well spent.

Booking was easy, spoke to a very friendly lady who was incredibly helpful! The gentleman who trained us made the training session as interesting as poss! He was very knowledgeable and animated :-) Got a few quotations and Tutorcare offered the best price for the best package.

We needed to have Health and Safety training for working in an After School Club and this training met our needs. The training was well presented and very informative.

Feedback from our engineers was all positive even if some areas of specific guidance was outside our industry remit.

but too many marketing emails and too many marketing calls to offer more servicess

I don’t like that if I price check elsewhere on other sites, it turns out to be tutorcare in disguise
