Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. We ordered a portable oxygen machine the beginning of February and we still have not received it. The tracking number showed it was in California for several weeks. When we questioned this they said they would send it from Missouri. Still have not received it. They said they were waiting for USPS to pick it up. Now when we have demanded our money back the are ignoring us. Don’t believe the other reviews

I recently bought 3 oxygen…

I recently bought 3 oxygen concentrators to send to India. Paul was great to deal with. I bought them on the Wednesday, they were dispatched on the Friday and they arrived at there destination a week later. So all in all efficient and reliable.

I have dealt with Pure o2 for a number…

I have dealt with Pure o2 for a number of years. Their service standards never fall below exemplary. They manage sensitive situations in a caring and conscientious manner and always do their best to accommodate non-standard requirements.
Highly recommended. *****

When travelling on oxygen speak to the best, Pure O2

Thanks to Pure O2 taking the time to get my oxygen right and go through the difference of sleeping on a pulse device and continuous flow oxygen. My nurse agreed with your advice and I now use the Philips Simply Go all the time. I would strongly recommend you to anyone looking to travel on oxygen!

I am very happy with the service I received from O2.

Buying Oxygen medical equipment costing a little under £3000 from a company without any Trust Pilot reviews was a little disconcerting especially living in Ireland!

However, O2 more than lived up to my expectations in value for money, promised delivery date and UPS shipping to Dublin. Even the additional packaging was more than I expected and everything arrived in perfect condition. All I can say is "well done" and thank you.
