First time customer……extremely satisfied!
This was my first time using the website and I’m delighted I found it! I bought a Braun electrical item for €250 cheaper than other retailers! It was delivered in 2 days and I’m delighted with it. I don't have any complaints about HealthXpress but I'm very disappointed about their delivery cooperant (anPost). They didn't even tried to deliver me the package. I have been home all day, they didn't ring, knock or try to call me. Just left notice for me to collect the package at thir delivery storage which is so far from my home. Why did I pay 5 euro for the delivery if I have to collect the package myself???

I recently purchased a new Brawn product to replace an older product that was coming to end of life. As a result I ended up with a number of routine service parts from my old device that were not compatible with the new one.I contacted several suppliers to ask if they would take those new service parts as part payment for similar parts for my new device.Only one company replied and said no problem and that was HealthExpress.After agreeing a part payment my goods arrived this morning.I will be forever be grateful to Gavin for his kindness and dealing with my problem individually. I will always remember this and i am a HealthExpress customer for life.
