Very satisfied and feel well taken care

I call them and they get started with the work and l don't have to worry about things anymore.

My Wife and I have been involved with heartland for six months now they have collected over six thousand dollars and have settled one debt that was for a thousand dollars we do not know what it was settled for ? Every call we make to heartland we get a different answer as to how long it will take to see movement we were originally told 3 months now six to nine months in the mean time we are dealing with aggressive creditors threatening legal action we are not pleased with anything heartland has done.

I'm new to the group but the process was really easy and everyone I have been in touch with has been very helpful and informative.

They are always ready to help you and when you ask for information about your account they have the answers or try to get it for you.

The very first time I called Heartland Legal Group to ask a question about my account, I was extremely satisfied with the call. I was on hold for a very short amount of time. The representative was informative and understanding. I was given honest and real answers to my questions. I finished the call feeling clear that I knew what my options were and what steps to take next. I really appreciate how kind and knowledgeable the representative was. I am truly happy and comfortable with having Heartland Legal Group in my corner!

They were very informative and let me ask any questions I had. I have always had a very pleasant experience any time I have spoken to them.

Unfortunately I have had a really negative experience with Heartland so far. I am six months into the program and I have received settlement offers from creditors that have come and gone with no attention paid by my debt negotiator. I'm actually not certain who my negotiator is because at this point I've been give 3 different names of people who have never once called me back despite leaving 8 total messages and holding for 12 total hours. Honestly at this point I am not sure how to proceed as all of the fees I have paid them are non refundable at this point despite the endlessly conflicting information from customer service and zero contact with my negotiator or "attorney on retainer". I wish I could start over with another company. This one feels truly hopeless.

Proactive with reaching out to clients. I get frequent strategy calls from them, where I speak with a live Heartland representative. My contract gives me an attorney, Stacey, who I spoke with my first week of the program. My financial situation has been so stressful and the help that all the staff at Heartland has been wonderful. I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel. Bianka was very kind and helpful during my last check in. These chats help me to remain motivated and see that I am making progress towars my goal.
I know some people fuss about the fees, but they are reasonable for the service being provided. Just the fact that I don't have to talk to the creditors makes it so worthwhile.
