What a company: They were late delivering order (messaged me order would probably be 4 days late) then when i refused order because i found it locally) they charged me 175 return shipping and i complained, they said we will refund shipping charge(goodwill).Then they charge me 290.00 restocking fee in a hidden dropdown on the refunds. This company will find a way to rip you off!

Bought an 18K BTU Goodman Mini split and the coil leaked after 1 -1/2 year. Labor to replace the coil was $1100.... the unit only cost $699 a year and a half ago. Their customer service offered a deep discount... $1595 for the same unit. STAY AWAY they have no ethics...I'll make sure I share my poor service and support with everyone I know....

Unreliable product and zero long‑term support. I’ve had two Klimaire indoor heads fail in under a year, both due to refrigerant leaks. I paid certified HVAC techs for installation and verification, yet the replacements still failed. I’ve now spent hundreds in labor on a system that keeps breaking. To make matters worse, Klimaire discontinued the R410A indoor heads, so you can’t even buy a replacement — even though they still use them for warranty claims. After repeated failures, extra expenses, and no way to get compatible parts, this system has turned into a money pit. I would not buy it again.

Heat and Cool or Heat & Cool (heatandcool.com in Florida) are using paid ads to sell faulty Split A/C units Klimaire. The are paying for fake reviews.
Their Phone support numbers Parts, Tech Support, Customer support go to disconnected lines, voicemails and busy signals.

I was skeptical about ordering an HVAC system online, but Heat & Cool made the process so simple and stress-free.

Heat and cool had fast shipping and good prices. Ordered 2 mini splits, one worked great, the other had a bad compressor board. My licensed hvac contractor called heat and cool a couple times to try to resolve and got no where. I’ve called or emailed four times and every time I contact them I get a different story of what is needed. Provided what heat and cool asked for. Called this AM and customer service said I needed more paperwork and documentation. How does a company selling this many units not have a protocol on how the warranty on units they sell works. Me and my contractor wasted enough time and got no where. We will scrap this unit and buy one from local wholesaler for product support and warranty. Own and manage rentals and was happy to have found an online retailer with fast shipping and good prices. All good until you need support after purchase.

Although I live outside the U.S Heat & Cool’s customer service made it easy to arrange delivery to a forwarding service.
