No one turned up despite email confirmation
I received an email confirmation of my booking the day before but no one turned up at the airport. When I asked why I was told that they required a deposit but this was not mentioned in the email confirmation. It confirms that I will pay in cash on the day. Very poor communication - will not use again.

Although they claim free cancellation…
Although they claim free cancellation if > 24 hours this isn't true, they will charge you 30 GBP!! Also super rude. Would NOT recommend.

Unfortunately this service isn't clear
Unfortunately this service isn't clear. We booked and paid on 19th August. We received no confirmation of payment and their system showed unpaid. We wrote emails to no avail. The car was for 21st August. After awaiting reply and checking again on their system it still showed unpaid on the 20th. Nervous that we would miss our flight we had only one means to contact via their website chat. We reached out and chatted with an agent who provided a driver name and phone number. We immediately contacted the driver only to find that the phone number was fake. We asked to cancel but received no reply. We had to charge back via paypal.

Great service at a good price
Great service at a good price. The only issue was that my flight arrived early so I had to wait for a bit before the driver could collect me but once he did, he was fast and got me home quickly. I would recommend this service and would use it again.

On the day of travel the service was excellent and smooth, and it was easy to be in touch with the driver. I didn't have to wait at any point, and I'd give top marks for the whole experience. The only point to improve would be the booking phase, as it didn't go as smoothly as expected. However, don't be put off by that–the customer service is great and even though some of the booking interfaces don't work perfectly, they'll respond to any queries quickly and sort things out. Thank you, I'll definitely use your services again!

Superb service
Superb service. Driver was on time and communicated effectively to find out exactly where I was for pickup. The taxi was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly. I would use this service again.
