Had booked a boiler service. Engineer arrived on time, very friendly and polite. I had a faulty panel which needed replacing and luckily the engineer had one in his van and fitted it for me before explaining how it all works. It was my first time using this company and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had replacement valves fitted on two bedroom radiators .
Mike attended to carry out the work in the given time slot, he was professional tidy and polite as always.

We asked Jon to undertake this for us as we had confidence in the company, they had recently installed a new boiler for us. Received email regarding our yearly boiler service, contacted them to arrange visit and although it was a weekend had various time slots given. On day of service received phone call from engineer to say that he was on his way and was slightly ahead of schedule. Gave a thorough inspection and service, left everything tidy and clean. Have used Henri-Taylor for the past few years and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of using them.

From talking us through our AC options, sending over a good competitive quote and then completing the works we couldn't have wished for a better experience. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The team turned up bang on time, were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. Watching them work was like watching aircon ninjas – quick, precise, and totally unflappable.

The installation itself was faultless. They worked cleanly, tidied up after themselves (you wouldn’t even know they’d been – apart from the lovely cool air now floating around the house), and took the time to run me through how everything worked without drowning me in jargon.

The system is whisper-quiet, super-efficient, and looks fantastic – no ugly trunking or mess, just a really neat finish. It’s transformed the room already.
