I recently had the pleasure of using Henri Taylor Heating Solutions to replace my broken thermostat, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

The technician arrived promptly, assessed the issue, and efficiently replaced the thermostat. Their expertise was evident, and they took the time to explain the new system and answer any questions I had.

I looked at a lot of companies before I employed Henri- Taylor to do my under floor heating.
I knew that I needed someone I could trust as it is an expensive out lay.
They have just completed my first annual service.My gas bill has drastically decreased and the house is lovely and warm.
I have found that this company has been totally proffessional in all my dealings with them.
They are knowledgeable about the products they installed. They are polite and courteous, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

What a fabulous team! Prompt to reply to emails and very helpful on the phone. I had a visit the same day I called which was Thursday and Jon fitted a new boiler for me on Saturday. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and tidy. The whole team was great to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had our gas fire and boiler serviced along with a radiator removed that a precious cowboy had fitted. Super professional, polite and efficient engineer. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using henri-taylor again.

Really impressed with this company. Excellent customer service from the moment I submitted an enquiry for my boiler to be serviced, appointment was made a week later. Contact made before the appointment to confirm it was still happening and a phonecall from the engineer on the morning to provide an ETA. Unfortunately my boiler failed its check but they were very helpful in advising next steps given the way in which my flue has been installed, and isn't a simple straight forward job to replace the boiler. I'd highly recommend this company and will be using Henri Taylor Heating Solutions for my boiler needs moving forward.

Can highly recommend Henri-Taylor Heating. We had a new boiler fitted a year ago by John and just had a new shower, basin and bath taps fitted by Steve. Both lovely tradesmen to have in your home. Very polite, trustworthy people and most important of all know what they are doing. Very tidy workers. Will be happy to welcome them back in the future. Great service.

All dealings with this company has been first class. The gas safe engineer Steve was on time for our appointment, very knowledgable about the gas fires we required servicing, carried out all checks thoroughly and professionally and left the areas clean and tidy. He was also happy to help us with an unrelated issue (radiator in our bathroom). Office staff quick to answer all emails and official documentation easy to understand. Excellent value for money and we shall definitely ask them to return next year for the yearly check. Thank you for getting our gas fires ready for the winter !

Highly recommend Henri-Taylor heating. Annual services are completed with minimal fuss. They originally installed my boiler and have been servicing it ever since. A very easy company to deal with and I know I can trust them to do a good job

Nothing is too much trouble, from arranging your appointment, receiving a reminder 48 hours before your appointment and your engineer always arriving within the time frame given on the day of your appointment.

Just brilliant.
Jon replaced our noisy and untidy 2 x monsoon pumped hot and cold water system with a silent megaflo system.
He was the first engineer to suggest this solution with minimal disruption, absolutely no loss of pressure and at a reasonable cost.
We honestly didn’t think it would be possible without a massive upheaval.
Jon was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the result is amazing. We are thrilled.

Came a few mins late but rang to warn me. Clearly told me what was going to happen. Did works cleanly, on time and on budget. Pointed out some things that my previous boiler service had missed. Very courteous and friendly, also unlike previous servicer. Well done Henri Taylor!

I called Henry-Taylor the first time because I had issues with my boiler. It turns out it was a condensed trap blockage. Everything from booking an appointment to solving my problem was done quickly and in a professional manner whilst being friendly. It was all explained to me and felt not rushed and at a decent price point so I decided to call the company again for the servicing of my boiler. As expected, everything went very well as per the first visit and he even checked that the condensed trap was still clean ( which it was). They have definitely made a regular customer out of me - for servicing that is as I hope that so will not have regular issues with my boiler!

Steve and Jon are amazing professionals and highly knowledgeable. They are approachable, courteous and patient as I asked many questions. Their customer service team is also first class and I was able to communicate with Emily and the Team who were always pleased to help. The finished work is excellent and it’s not just the work, it was the whole seamless experience from start to completion.
