Received old/stale product

Received old/stale product. As someone else said they don't offer refunds no matter what the issue is. Let down to purchase from a company in good faith and end up with useless product, especially since money is so tight these days. I would definitely research other options to this company.

Rude Customer Service representative…

Rude Customer Service representative and supervisor.
False claims on the website : we ship within 48 hours

Order was placed on Wednesday before 6PM. On Tuesday next week my order status was still processing
When I called, Customer rep couldn't find my order. All of the time when she was investigating, she was interrupting me, extremely rude. I was told that they had computer program doing wrong things and it is my responsability to check my order and call to inform them that something is wrong.
I was told that maybe by Friday my order will be delivered. But rep and her supervisor refused to send me email with the results of our conversation. I was told that Friday was hypotetical day. After the order will be processed , packed and ship within may be 48 hours, I will be contacted to provide more information.
Customer rep and her supervisor ciontinued telling me that she has no time to resolve my issue, that I ask too much from them. And if I will continue asking for something that they do not want to do, they will never have time to process my order.

Of course, this is my LAST time ordering from these absolutely unprofessional people. Was my mistake to go with them.

Highly nor recommended!

Racist Hypocrite Company

I just received a racist email from HerbCo.com stating that they are celebrating black herbalists & entrepreneurs. I've been ordering from HerbCo for years for the herd of animals on my farm. No more. I unsubscribed from their emails and decided to give them a call to tell them why they have lost my business. I started to explain the racism they were projecting and couldn't get the explaination completed when the woman I spoke to said, "I just work here. I'm sorry you feel that way. I don't even know what that means. Try to have a good day." And she hung up on me. You're done, Herbco. I'm boycotting you. I've recommended you to many a customer as a means of helping people to use herbal parasite control on their large animals as opposed to poisons, but no more. I'll get my herbs elsewhere. You expect others to read your racist emails but any logical response isn't heard and is hung up on. I thought you were an herb company, not a social agenda/political outlet that disenfranchises peoples' votes. Goodbye Herbco. I'm sorry that you feel the way that you do.
3/27/26 - I reapproached MBS to mend fences as their website didn't have any political activism on it. They were hostile and hung up on me. I called to talk to a manager to try and mend fences. She was short, accusatory, and said that they've stopped sending out political activism emails to their customers and that they didn't want my business. Okay, MBS. The manager sounded upset that I'd been purchasing elsewhere since the fall out. There's no room for mending business relationships with these people. The hypocrisy and lack of maturity is just beyond rationality. I won't contact them again. Who ever is running that place has serious mental issues.
