I took the chance 3 weeks ago to order from this website. I was very skeptical. You get your tracking information from the moment you order all the way to your front door. Today I received my handbag. It came nicely packaged, came with an H dust bag, and all the accessories. The bag is a very nice soft and supple leather, smells like leather. The handbag is stamped just like the original. Well worth the money. Happy I took the chance. Love the bag! And I will be buying more.

I can’t speak to the quality of the dress I ordered, because it hasn’t arrived yet. The dress is shipping from Greece. The tracking has been great, I get updates for every transition of the shipping. If I had known it was shipping from Greece I would not have ordered from this company.

Less than one star. Horrible fabric. No label for fabric contents. No returns under any circumstances. Offered $4 on $40 item. Disgusting company. Scam. Illegal. Junk clothes.

The dress I received is poorly made and awful material. It did not come from the US as advertised but probably from Asia, judging by the length of time it took to receive it. Be warned, you cannot return items. I tried numerous times and in the end received a refund equivalent to about 20% of the price of the dress.

After waiting weeks for a blue and white striped cotton dress - after receiving at least a dozen tracking updates- a flimsy floral print dress arrived today. It is blue and white. But a 3X instead of the XL ordered. After reading all these reviews I doubt I will get any satisfaction from Herlly. No more purchases through Amazon Marketplace for me!

I believed this dress was made in USA but I'm pretty sure it's China.
No labels, poor quality, poor workmanship and certainly not cotton mix.
They've overcharged me and haven't refunded money and now offer me 5usd rather than return it! . They've made a lot of money playing this game with customers.

I have sent and received numerous emails and had no sensible response!

I thought I would get a one-piece dress with an attractive black-and-white striped pattern as seen in the photo. It turned out to have a waistline seam resulting to a misaligned striped pattern. And the white stripes had pinkish streaks - probably a factory reject fabric. The fabric is of cheap synthetic cotton. It would have had a better silhouette in linen. This was $60+ and it arrived almost a month after. The business was registered by Alibaba so it must have come from China. Based on the reviews, I will not even bother to get a refund. Charge it to experience.

Alle Produkte entsprechen NICHT dem, was herllyverspricht: Billigste Ware aus China, eher Fetzen als Kleider, statt Leinen nur hauchdünne Baumwolle, der Rest überhaupt nur Polyester, die Farben blass, ich gebe es gleich zur Altkleidersammlung. Nie wieder!

Website implies garments coming from USA. If you order it will give tracking information from the USA - apparently quite efficient. Except the garment comes from China and is of very poor quality. In my case the dress had no garment labels which contravenes US Federal Law. When I tried to return it they said it had to go to an address in China and offered compensation of US$5 increasing to $15 for me NOT to return it. This is a scam - I would strongly advise you not to purchase from this company. I have raised it as a dispute with Mastercard and Herlly has agreed to refund me in full. You need to provide evidence of the tracking information and all the dialogue you have with their customer services and then they don't have a leg to stand on.

Worst experience ever with the worst client management ive ever experienced. Don't touch them as you won't ever get your money back. Total scam artists who BS you that they "discussed" and "fought hard" for your case but ultimately do nothing and are unprofessional in their behavior. You pay over $40 for a dress that has false sizing and when you ask to return it they try to pretend its your fault that they delivered the right size (but your sizing is wrong people!!) and then wont accept the return to allow you get a larger size - why would you even pay twice when you can't get your money back or any commitment to refund the 1st - shockingly poor customer service and then they try to suggest a $2 refund is okay. Are you kidding me - get someone with good english to manage your customer service and stop lying to your customers. Will be filing a full complaint through US systems because they knowingly abuse return policies in the USA. Beware

My mother is in her 80s, not too much of a whizz at internet shopping. But she needed a new summer dress, and got onto the herlly site. Found what was advertised as a cotton blend dress in nice bright colours. (womens-casual-floral-print-dress-2).

She bought it from her pension for the week. Yes, it did arrive (1 star for that) but it is 100% polyester. Not what she wanted and she can't wear it. A reputable company would admit fault and refund.

This one offered $3USD compensation. It cost her $60AUD. I would not trust or recommend them.

I ordered a dress which took weeks to arrive and as it didn’t fit me and was actually made of polyester rather than ‘cotton mix’.
I spent a week trying to sort a refund and after many unhelpful texts they finally refused to accept a return and refund as promised in their terms and conditions. They offered me 3 dollars!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 dresses advertised as UK size 24, which are at most a UK size 10. The cost $100 and Herlly refuses to refund me. They are scammers. BEWARE!!!!!!

I ordered a dress for an occasion. It still hasn’t arrived 11 days later. With tax $10 and $12.99 shipping on a dress costing $36.99 it was a huge percentage extra and it wasn’t made clear before purchase….

i have asked more than 6 times for a return address to send back 2 dresses that do not fit me
i keep getting automated replys about the cost and would i accept 5 dollars compensation
my reply has alway been no i just want to return the items and get a refund they are pushing to the 14 day return time and will then say its to late an absolute mess and awful service

The perfect travel item. Use as a wrap or a blanket. So soft and cozy! Love it!
