Great experience the staff took time to explain each step of the procedure to ensure comfort. After the procedure I received clear instructions and have had consistent communication with a recovery specialist who has helped guide me through the healing process.

From beginning to end I was taken care of and treated with the best service you could ask for. All staff members who interacted with me were professional and courteous to me and made sure that all needs were taken care of. Not only am I extremely satisfied with my result but the attention the crew at Hermest gave me throughout the aftercare process was amazing.

I chose Hermest Hair Clinic for my hair transplant because it is a smaller boutique clinic where I knew I was going to get personalized service and have my hair transplant done by an actual Doctor, not an assistant. I didn't want to go to a large clinic where you're just a number and it's like a hair transplant assembly line.

I originally wanted the hair transplant on the back of my head, where I have a colic that was balding, but the Doctor at Hermest recommended that we do the front as well, where I had some receding hairlines.

Ultimately, it was a good thing that I listened to the Doctor and had my front done as well. The surgeon did a wonderful job! I am still waiting for it to grow out. After 6 months, it's about an inch long in front, but I think it's going to look nice once it completely grows out. The bald spot in the back is filled in about halfway compared to how it used to be and feels thicker, although I could have used even more fill-in in back.

The surgeon was very skilled and thoughtful about implanting the hair in the correct direction, although I think that he should have put more in back the area I had requested in the first place, which is what my insecurities were about, instead of focusing on the front, which to me was an afterthought.
It is important that surgeons really listen to their clients about their wishes. sometimes we want surgery to cover up things that only we see that bother us, and that others don't see, but we are paying for what we want done. But, on the other hand, he saw something that perhaps others were seeing in me that I didn't see, and he corrected that. So I am grateful for that as well.

All of the staff at Hermest was professional, friendly and supportive, and the clinic is clean and safe.

There was a little bit of miscommunication about the aftercare, and I thought it was supposed to massage my head while it was dry to take off the scabs in the first ten days. It turns out you are not supposed to do that, or you can damage your new transplants. You are supposed to do it only when shampooing. But it did not specify that in the materials for aftercare, it just said to massage it often to start loosening the scabs. Hopefully, they will adjust their aftercare instructions to make them more specific for those of us who read things literally.

All and all, my experience at Hermest was excellent. You can feel confident about getting your hair transplant at Hermest Hair Clinic. Women are welcome and they really take extra care with their female clients to make them feel safe and secure. I think because I'm a woman, the surgeon and all the staff took extra time with me and took really good care of me. If you're a woman and are worried about the back of your hair being shaved, I can say that it is a little bit of a challenge. But after about four months, I was able to use tape-in hair extensions, and at that point my hair looked great! So, it's really the first three months that you need to plan for being able to hide out a little bit
from the Paparazzi. I did mine going into the winter months, which was a good idea because I was able to wear a lot of hats and cover up my bald, red surgery areas. But its worth the hastle in the end!

Also, If its your first time in Turkey, I would recommend taking a few days before your surgery to do some traveling around Turkey and Istanbul before your surgery.

Go ahead and book it, you will not regret going to Hermest for your hair transplant! They are really a great team that did a great job!
