Car was ready service was prompt and courteous. Was on my way in no time at all.

The office in the airport was closed and was outside in the garage. There were about 15 people ahead of me and we had to wait standing in the freezing cold for about 25 min. It was brutal! Hertz has to do better than this!!!

Always a great experience nice employees always willing to help! Professional and knowledgeable!

The rental location and process was fast and efficient.

Everything was good except the inside of the windshield was not clean. I had to clean it myself so I could see clearly.

Didn’t have the car I reserved 2 months previously.

Once we were able to find the Gold+ counter our experience was GREAT! However finding and accessing the Gold+ booth is really difficult from the terminal with luggage.

That said, the staff were friendly, helpful and had our car waiting. The vehicle was also a true pleasure to drive during the week.

Different car was provided that I didn’t order.
Car was dirty— especially the windshield.
With rental costs so high— the least you can do is provide the clean car that was ordered!!!!

Quick, easy drop off and car had good features.

Actually the afternoon shift agent on the 30th late. He was super helpful and knew his stuff. In ALB.

Albany continues to be one of the more challenging Hertz locations. Multiple notifications days prior to our ALB arrival then again being told they have no paperwork on our reservation. Other recent rentals … PCB, in and out in less than 5 minutes and that included the three customers in line before me. Additionally, we understand cannabis is legal in NY but the last several times our car has reeked. Several rentals ago we had to get another vehicle.

Easy to book, fair price, clean new car, easy and fast pickup and return!

The person giving the cars away was very rude and had a poor attitude toward regular customers. They were always on the phone and did not want to help. Very poor customer service.

Hertz held our car until around midnight when our plane came into Albany Airport really late.
