My car was ready when I arrived. It was clean, full of gas, and ready to go. I was also happy to see that they have resumed Saturday hours.

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but my recent experience at Hertz genuinely deserves one. From the moment I walked up to the counter, Ahmed the representative and co- Team made me feel like a valued customer — not just another transaction.
They were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Even when I had a question about my reservation, they handled it with patience and a great attitude, making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. It's clear they take real pride in their work.
In an era where good customer service can feel rare, this experience stood out. If you're renting from this location, you're in great hands. I'll absolutely be back.
