Be prepared to wait
I waited 15-20 minutes to talk to representative. There wasn’t any acknowledgement of my presence until someone was available. After, that, the representative was thorough & efficient in processing paperwork & prepping car. Car was in great condition & remainder of experience was fine.

Toll Bridge Payment
Check in and out - staffs are friendly and quite smooth. Only one negative experience is - I decided to pay the toll bridge by myself; however the instructor is not very clear - how to do that? When I ty to make the payment form their instruction at the counter - it does not work as - you need an invoice in order to make your payment?!! Which I don’t have ? Unfortunately I don’t have a lot of time to research this during my vacation time. At the end of the rental - after check out the car - the staff gave me another website to do that .. which is too late !! You need to make your payment within 48Hours from the usage.
