Hertz - Cedar Rapids - Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) Opiniones 

Hertz corporate lost and found did nothing to notify station of our lost iPad. Unfortunately there was also no way to contact the local office directly. But, When we came back into town a month later, the local station had held on to it for us. They were so incredibly kind and trustworthy. We fly into CID regularly and they secured our business in perpetuity.

Walked in, no line, rep handed me a key and I was out the door in minutes.

Kiosk rep customer service is always on point. Hertz company lack of flexibility as National Rental company do.

Quick and painless. Car performed flawlessly.

Car smelled like smoke when I picked it up, I didn’t have time to waste bringing it back to exchange for another vehicle.

When I picked up the car, it was past due for service and had a torn wiper which didn’t work. And it rained during my entire stay.

Convenient cheaper than other options at the time I got the car that I reserved. It was clean and easy pick up and drop off.

Hertz always delivers excellent customer service and no wait for gold members.

Car rental experience.
Disliked: Not receiving the type of vehicle I requested. Requested a SUV got a Camry.
2 days into the trip the service light came on and I received a voucher from Hertz to take the car for service. This is the companies responsiblity. Later in the trip we had a flat tire and getting through to an actual person took too long. The approval for the service area was over an hour and my wife was told that it was a holiday weekend, so approval takes some time. Thus, I paid for it myself.
Liked: Once we did get through to an actual person, Jennifer was very courteous and calmed us down and processed the request to the service area quickly. CeCe at the Indianapolis airport was so nice, calm and was able to refund me for the damaged tire.
Final opinion: While we have no proof, 0ur feeling is the Cedar Rapids location wanted to unload this car to Indianapolis.

The inside and outside of the windshield were not clean.

Our car was ready when we arrived and the Hertz attendant was friendly and helpful. Drop off was super quick too! Thanks!

The staff at Cedar Rapids international airport was very helpful and understanding The Traveling chaos that can come without expectation. The staff could tell something was not right and understood I needed a minute to clear up a couple things and were very understanding of that.

Great car, great service

The rental vehicle worked well. Although it was a bit smaller than the one we requested/reserved online, it worked well.

Everyone was very helpful. Car performed well.
