We ran into delayed flight issues and…
We ran into delayed flight issues and need to reroute ourselves through another airport. The gentlemen that helped us get a last minute rental were extremely helpful. I was told it may take a while to get a same day rental. I'm loyal to hertz but in this case I went to the other counters to see if they had faster service. While waiting at nationals counter the man from hertz came and found me and told me he had one coming available. This made my day and my families life so much easier. Great customer service!!!

I've been very happy with Hertz the past couple of years. Regarding the Charlottesville experience, the car was clean, and getting access to it and later dropping it off were all very easy. And the staff were helpful.
