Paid for toll transponder and none was provided. Instructions told me to simply open toll transponder holder in car. When I opened it nothing was there.

Always a great experience using Hertz. From bypassing the desk and going right to a car, to the free spouse second driver. Being gold is sure worth it.

Trip to Chicago Midway did didn’t quite go perfectly. Five star status, done correctly did not allow me to go directly to my car Choice. Had to settle for a lesser model. It was clean and nice, but not quite what I expected and the delay at the counter was unusual. Overall, still highly recommended.

Always an easy and fast experience at MDW. Staff is great and very helpful.

I am still waiting on my deposit to be refunded and it's been a week.

Car was ready even if not many cars available at this busy location...staff (woman checking me out)on the way out of the facility was very helpful and took the time to make sure the most recent reservation was used...but the return was even better..the gentleman receiving my car were all friendly and made it a superb way to end my Chicago trip...the one in particular who chatted with me about Chicago was a truly kind person as well as efficient in his job. Please give him a bonus!!

After more than 14 years as a Hertz President's Circle Member, I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated. Being charged $50 for a supposed “dent” on the vehicle door is ridiculous and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I expected better customer service and a little more common sense.
Hertz seems more interested in squeezing an extra $50 out of a longtime customer than valuing the loyalty of someone who has rented with them for over 14 years. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Hertz...do better.

I liked everything except the price. It was twice what I paid in other places and with other car rental companies.

Made it easy to rent a car and not have to go to the rental dest . Just look at the board out back where the rentals are find your name and your rental car number and go to your car hope in start her or him up and drive to the gate check with the person in the both and your off . bringing back just drop it with the return person and your off to the airport . simple !

My name was on the board when I arrived. The choices of vehicles were plenty. And getting out was a breeze. Thank you!

I waiting over an hour and a half after my reservation waiting on a car. They had no cars in the lots.

Unfortunately we had our rental car break down. Leaked oil and stained the driveway of the home we were staying at as well. Case #36492809 That was the bad news, The good news is that we were able to make our way in a different car to O'Hare to pick up another vehicle. Not optimal and we made it work, but the staff were great and made the new pick up easy. Not happy about the driveway stains. Not happy that we had to go pick up another car, but overall things happen. Would have thought an additional discount or some sort of recompense would have just appeared on our bill, but that wasn't the case.

A new hybrid and clean car. Everything went smoothly besides the 20 minutes wait when picking up the car.

Flawless and fast service to obtain my rental car. Also, the SUV was in great condition and worked flawlessly. Thank you for a great rental experience. My only thought would be to lower the price a little bit for seniors who travel so much using Hertz. Thanks again Mr. and Mrs. K.

I have president circle status but was made to go through the line 4 times to get my car taking over an hour and a half to get my car and leave the airport. While the line woman at the counter was amazing in her patience with other angry customers, hertz had only the one person working and not enough. In the last several times at getting a rental car at MDW this experience has been the same

Ease of rental. Vehicle quality.
I am curios though why I haven’t bee upgrade to the 5 star level or presidential with the amount of rentals I have had.
