Ted was great !the front desk was amazing I was in and out !!

The car wasn’t vacuumed or washed and extremely dirty, there were chips and wrappers still in the car

Easy pickup, good value for price, staff was helpful and efficient. ORD was out of cars and this worked smoothly.

Friendly. It take a while to get the car but they seems busy.

I originally requested crossover SUV and got a Toyota Corolla, so not what I was expecting for my weekend away in the back roads of Western PA, but it worked just fine. The arm rest lid was broken which wasn't a problem unless I had to open it, but everything else was fine and clean in the car. Staff were very helpful and kind. I was able to drop the car off early.

The worst employees ever, slow, they don't care about anyone...they keep customers there for 5 6 hours just for picking up a car. Try to avoid this place ar all cost

Staff was rude and organized. There was a burn on the seat and the car we got was not what I expected. A hybrid.

i did not like the extra $50+ in hiddn taxes that did mot show up until i was picking the car up.

This location is understaffed. There was only 1 attendant (Jose) to serve rental line for check out and return. During the 1 hr wait, we saw the line grew to 3 to 4 people waiting.

During the return, there were also people waiting all the way to the door. Maybe ive picked the peak hours.

Cars were not available for me (Presidents club member) at the ORD airport. I had to rent off site and take taxi to and uber from.

The person that helped me was super nice and helpful even though I can tell he had a very long and difficult day
