Polite staff. Kind of funny how independent you are in getting the car and returning it, but will rent from them again in the future!

Disappointing
Like: Chevy Blazer was a nice vehicle
Dislike: Upon arrival I was told I was early (which I was) and my car was not ready as it was being "cleaned". 45 minutes later I got to my car and there was left over McDonald's and trash on the back seat floor AND the exterior had not been washed.

I registered for a 7 person SUV in late…
I registered for a 7 person SUV in late april, when I arrived with my guests on the 26th of June I was told there were NO cars available, and I wasn't the only customer who was left disappointed. I had to rent a car from budget to get thru the day, and possibly the weekend. Lucky for me they had a smaller SUV 4 person one way vehicle come in late on friday. I still had to pay for the Budget car 1 full day. I filled out another Hertz survey and have heard no words, I guess the reservation means nothing.
