Hertz - Evanston - North Green Bay Road Opiniones 

The car was very clean and drove well. My only issue is that I couldn’t drop off the car on a Saturday or Sunday because they are only open Monday through Friday. I only needed the car until Saturday so I was not willing to pay for two extra days so I dropped it off Friday at 5 PM.

Convenient location! Small outfit but they had a good variety of cars. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I feel so bad I forgot his name, but I think the manager’s name here is maybe Bryce? He stayed open a little bit after closing to let me get my rental and is always friendly, professional and fast at getting me my car. This has become my favorite location to rent from due to the staff being excellent and them always having a car waiting for me ready to go.

Keith was great during pick up, friendly and helpful. My Altima was better than expected for the 400 mile rounttrip and service was great during drop off as well. The location is walkable to the EL and Metra on Davis.

Keith had everything ready to go at the desk. The car was clean and even an upgrade!

Well the vehicle was lovely. we did have to wait for them to clean it

easy to get to the location. The team was very polite and helpful. Car was great.

The Hertz store had friendly and knowledgeable employees working there, but the best thing they were truthful and everything worked out well. I will be back to rent again from that location thanks to them.

Car was not safe to drive. Second time getting a vehicle through hertz that was not safe to be on the road and or had not gone through any sort of service inspection. Came on time and they had new hours printed and taped on the window. Had to wait for the rental to be cleaned. When staff was informed of vehicle issues they brushed them off like they weren’t anything and said they couldn’t offer any sort of refund.

I had a great experience with Chris, he was very helpful and always has a pleasant attitude.

Our rental car ran smoothly. I will say when we picked up our rental car, Christian the rental rep was VERY nice, informative and patient! I am very surprised he is not the manager by now! So, onto the Manager Associate II- Sidnei Clark VERY VERY rude! As Christian was explaining all the rules and regulations regarding our rental, Sidnei VERY rudely interrupted him! I told her that was rude and she walked away! It was another customer there that she was assisting and I overheard her being rude to him! I looked at him and looked at me and just shook his head in disbelief. When we returned our rental on 6/29/26 @ 8:30am it was a little bit of a wait due to Sidnei arguing with a customer and her husband! She told the customers that they needed to leave the store or she was going to call the police! Honestly, I really don't know what happened, but Sidnei was clearly in the wrong! If we ever rent from Hertz again it will NOT be the location on 1901 Green Bay road! As long as Sidnei is there!! We will be happy to rent because of Christian!
