Hertz - Fort Wayne - West Coliseum Boulevard Opiniones 

We booked online via Delta frequent Flyer car rental program. Received email confirmation of booking. I was to receive various MQD points and frequent flyer points as incentive to use the program. Which is why I booked Hertz and don't believe I will receive now. When we arrived to pick up car, there was a line of people as office was short staffed with only 1 person working. We also saw numerous handwritten signs tapped in lobby stating you do not have a confirmed reservation if you booked via a 3rd party within past 72 hours. We were advised they were sold out and have been for couple days. The gentleman working could not find our reservation in Hertz system and advised they are sold out. Thankfully he did find us a car. He had to rebook everything directly as our "confirmed reservation" via Delta app was unlocatable. The man was great. Hence why we did give 2-star rating. Your overall process and system failed. Clearly by the number of handwritten signs and other people waiting stating their confirmed bookings were lost as well, there is a disconnect and problem somewhere. I will be hesitent to use Hertz in future.

Improvements can be made by cleaning the vehicle inside and outside. Booked 3-months in advance but the selection was not available.

The team at the West Coliseum Boulevard location are always welcoming, my car is always ready and its just a great experience every time

Rented me a vehicle a week ahead and paid for it. They demanded $200 above the rental because they were closed on Sunday and no unattended drop off. Seems they knew that a week earlier and said nothing... Bait and Switch Scam.. is no wonder their rating are so poor.. Screwed up my weekend work but I won't get scammed by these crooks

I continue to find Hertz the best value and great service even when I shop around.

I have rented from them numerous times and it has always been great service.

Hertz picked me up and delivered me back to the airport as promised. The vehicle was clean and filled with gas when I received it. The employees were friendly. Only drawback was that I had to call them to pick me up from the airport and wait 20 minutes for them and then had to remind them that I needed a ride back to the airport. Overall, very satisfied.
