We had made a reservation a week in advance and when we went to pick up our vehicle there was not one available. We had to wait 2 hours before we were giving a vehicle and were had to cancel our reservations. We lost out on our hotel and had to look elsewhere and were charged more money.

OK Experience
Car wasn’t cleaned well. Trunk area needed to be vacuumed.
Customer service person was not very friendly. It was close to closing time.
Hours are not convenient. My pickup reservation was for 5:30, but location hours closed at 5. Thankfully, I showed up early. There is no way to drop a car off after hours.
Car worked fine. Check out and in were quick and easy.

Sneaky with insurance add on
The car was a bit dirty but overall things were fine. Except! The employee tricked me into getting the insurance plan, which my job will not reimburse me for. I have rented cars before so I know it's optional, but the way he worded it was intentionally sneaky. He knew what he was doing. So great for him because he probably gets something out of it to scam me. But now I have to pay out of pocket. My constructive criticism is to just be upfront like other places and tell the customer what you're actually asking.
