Add small Non-Economy SUVs.
I have suggested and will continue to request. the inclusion of small non-economy SUVs in your inventory at your Hawaii locations. Many of the Hawaii roads are narrow. A smaller SUV would be helpful. Also, i am a petite person. The standard SUVs are not as comfortable as a small SUV for me.
I could not connect to the CarPlay app on my previous rental from the last week of August, even though i have I have a subscription.mi was able to connect with my last rental from the first week of September.

The Customer Service Agent who checked me in @ Hilo International Airport was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The Dodge Durango she assigned us was brand new and smelled like it! And, the checkout ladies were also very good. All in all, a very good experience driving from Hilo thru Akaka Falls & Volcanoes National Park onto Kona!
