Terrible Srvice
I already did one review and it wasn’t a good review, about Customer Service. Now I just got a toll charge and I had to put my transponder on the rental car, and I added the rental to my SUNPASS and now they’re charging me for tolls! Come on Hertz, do better! No I have to send all my toll transactions to prove I did right! Unnecessary if you do the right thing! Shame on Hertz! NEVER AGAIN- too many good companies out there!
